Anna De Buisseret: These are The Biggest Crimes Against Humanity Ever Committed | Children’s Health Defense
Notice of Liability
Anna De Buisseret Speaks About The Notice Of Liability – 30 October 2021 | Children’s Health Defense
All humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Human rights cannot be derogated from even in war.
You cannot run a campaign of terror and you cannot conduct live human experiments, or give people medical treatment, without their informed consent voluntarily given.
“These are the biggest crimes against humanity ever committed in the history of human kind.”
Anna De Buisseret
Ignorance of the law is no defence.
Human rights are fundamental and inalienable, even during times of war. The protection and promotion of human rights become crucial during armed conflicts, emphasising the dignity, safety, and well-being of all individuals, including civilians, combatants, and detainees. International humanitarian law (IHL) and human rights law are distinct but complementary bodies of law, with IHL applying specifically in armed conflict while human rights law applies at all times, in peace and in war. The International Committee of the Red Cross highlights that IHL and human rights law are both concerned with the protection of life, health, and dignity. Therefore, the principle that all humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights remains valid and essential, even in the context of armed conflict and medical tyranny.
