The RAINS List (Ritual Abuse Information Network and Support) is an information and advice service for survivors of ritual abuse. It was created by Joan Coleman, a British therapist who specialised in treating survivors of ritual abuse.

The RAINS List is a compilation of names of alleged abusers and controllers of ritual abuse survivors, as well as information on ritual abuse and its effects. The list is not publicly available, and access is restricted to qualified professionals who have been vetted by Coleman. The RAINS List gained notoriety during the 1980s and 1990s, when there was a moral panic about alleged Satanic ritual abuse in parts of the English-speaking world.
