“The crux of the argument in the high court and by default the NHS, was that when I aired my views publicly I shared them with an uninformed public, so the General Medical Council regards the public as uninformed and not capable, whatsoever, of being part of the debate or hearing an alternative dialogue. How then is that same public able to give their free and informed consent? It's absurd!”
